Customer Support Specialist
Mike has held several customer service positions since he started with IHS in 1991. He has worked in Order Management, Customer Service and the Help Desk before taking on his current position as a Customer Support Specialist in 1997. As a Customer Support Specialist, Mike provides systems support for IHS customers from CD-ROM to Internet issues.
With his depth of customer exposure and related experience, Mike is dedicated to making sure that the customer issue is completely resolved and that they are fully satisfied with the results. He says "trying to figure out the real issues with the system and getting the product working at their location" is the ultimate challenge for him. Mike believes that you have to be an "excellent listener and adept at getting to the core of the problem in order to work out a win/win solution for the customer and the company."
Mike attended Arapahoe Community College and Metro State College in Denver. He is married to Kathy and enjoys reading, golf and going to movies.
