Anthony Reynoso
Manager, Systems Support

As Manager of Systems Support, Anthony leads a team of technical professionals who provide assistance to IHS customers with questions or issues related to the installation and update of IHS products for workstation and server environments, including access issues for Internet applications. He started his IHS career in 1985 and became part of the Customer Support team five years later. Prior to his management responsibilities, which began back in December of 1999, Anthony worked as a technical specialist so he fully understands the rewards and challenges his team faces on a daily basis.

Anthony is proud to work with such a committed team of experts who strive to resolve questions and issues for our customers quickly and effectively. "Our team is made up of individuals with various skills and experiences," says Anthony. "Some of them are strong with Microsoft operating systems; while others excel in the areas of Novell, Unix, PC hardware and IHS applications. The good mix of skills and abilities within our team enable us to help each other so we can effectively provide the support our customers need in a timely manner."

His commitment to his profession is only surpassed by his dedication to his family, which includes his wife, Maria, and their two daughters, Stephani and Toni, nine and six respectively. He and his family particularly enjoy going to the movies and visiting relatives.
